The SunSquare is our largest and brightest unit. With 64% more lighted surface area than the SunRay and a variable height floor stand, it is the ideal model to use in your exercise room, or for an adult retirement home. The sturdy floor stand is height and angle adjustable and has four wheels so it is easy to move and maneuver. A good design for the elderly who are not very mobile. For example, one can lay on the bed and roll the SunQuare right up to the bed (or chair/couch). The light is delivered at a downward angle for maximum effectiveness and user comfort, as recommended by leading researchers. The floor stand adjusts from 44" to 66" high (measurement taken from vertical center of lighted surface).
The SunSquare+ has two light settings:
The HIGH setting (both switches turned on) provides 10,000 lux @ 27"; 5,000 lux @ 39"; or 2,500 lux @ 57".
The LOW setting (only one switch turned on) provides 10,000 lux @ 17"; 5,000 lux @ 26"; or 2,500 lux @ 39".

RETURNS: We cannot accept used SAD Lamps (light therapy boxes) back into stock. No returns are accepted. The units do come with a warranty against any defects, and we do guarantee safe and undamaged delivery, but because these are seasonal items (not much need for them in the summer) we regularly have customers buy them in fall, winter, and spring, and then try to return them in late Spring and Summer once they no longer need them since the bright summer sun has arrived. No returns are accepted. |
