CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: we now offer US Postal Priority Shipping to Canada. Apparently the amount of tax Canadian customers pay is much higher when shipments are delivered with UPS. US Postal does cost a little bit more, but we are told the tax savings is significant because UPS charges a "brokerage" tax as well. Any and all Canadian taxes/tariffs charged for your Canadian order is your responsibility.

We sell only brand-new and factory direct units. Our company GUARANTEES safe and undamaged delivery of your sunlamp. If your sunlamp is damaged during shipping it will be immediately replaced. If your sunlamp is lost or stolen during shipping, it will be immediately replaced.

Returns: We guarantee that you will receive a brand new Cooper Hewitt PH-36 UV Psoriasis Lamp in undamaged condition. You are then guaranteed that it will function and operate properly. The PH-36 also comes with our free extended warranty (18 months on the unit, 6 months on the bulb).
