The PH-36 is an FDA approved medical device (Psoriasis UV Lamp), and so this particular unit DOES require a prescription. Available as a table top unit or with an optional floor stand. 
NOTE:   the PH-36 is on factory back-order. This is THE Kentucky factory that makes them that is delayed in finalizing the new updates/improvements to the PH-36.  The latest update:  the factory has informed us the new PH-36 will be available starting on Monday the 9th. We will post all new photo's and product info as soon as we have it. Shipping should begin for us on Tuesday the 10th.
