All of our Sunlamps are usually shipped out within 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Units that ship factory direct from the Kentucky factory (made in the USA) include: DEL SOL, SENTOSA SUN, FIJI, SUN CRUZ, PH-36, D/UV-F VITAMIN D LAMP. - The HT-420 ships from Indianapolis (imported from Germany).
UPS is the common shipping method and we usually have discounted shipping rates/specials for UPS Shipping. We can also ship with US Postal Priority Mail, but this is a more expensive shipping option.
Delivery from the factory to your door in the USA is 1-5 business
days depending on your distance from KY. These units are shipped in a standard
brown cardboard shipping box, very well packaged, and there is no reference to the contents on the exterior of the box.
Au Courant orders ship within 1 business
day with US Postal "Priority Mail" and are delivered in just 2-3
days.
SunQuest Canopy orders are shipped within
3-5 business days directly from the manufacturers warehouse in Indianapolis, and
delivery takes 1-6 business days depending on your location - distance from
Indianapolis.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time
we only accept U.S. and Canadian orders.
CANADIAN ORDERS: there are several
options for shipping to Canada. You will view these options on the details page,
and during checkout. This is for the extra shipping fees and paperwork. As we have
learned from our Canadian customers, the best shipping method to Canada is US Postal because UPS charges extra taxes/brokerage fees, and these Canandian fees are much less when US Postal is used.
Any Canadian taxes or tariffs are the
responsibility of the Canadian customer. We have also learned that taxes/fees
charged within Canada are much less with US Postal Priority International (one
of your shipping options) versus UPS to Canada.
Hawaii: we no longer ship to
Hawaii. Email you really need one shipped there and we'll reply with a shipping quote.
Alaska: added shipping fees will
apply, the amount depends on the product ordered, and the method chosen for
shipping. Please review the particular product's info page for
details and the shipping options and prices.
APO & FPO: Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO address. It does cost a bit more than standard shipping. We use US Postal Priority Mail for APO/FPO shipments. *Notice to
APO/FPO customers: if you are stationed/live overseas, remember most of these sunlamps
run on 110 volts only, most overseas power sources are 220 volts and like any
110 volt appliance, 220 volts will 'fry'/ruin your unit if you plug them in to a
220 volt socket. If you are using one overseas you must use a quality step-down
transformer and a 110 volt surge protector. A travel 'plug adapter' does not
change the voltage, and 220 volts will fry your unit overseas, it must be a
TRANSFORMER if you are using your unit overseas in a 220 volt
country. Our recommendation for overseas APO/FPO is the new FIJI Sunlamp that has universal power ability of 110v to 220v.
Can I ship my order to another
address? Yes, you can ship to your work address or any other address.
You can even ship your order as a gift directly to the recipient. Our shopping
cart allows you to complete one section with your billing address (this must
match what is on file with your credit card bank), and another section is for
the shipping (ship to) information. If you have any questions about shipping a

What if I am not home to
receive the package? If your order is shipped with US Postal Priority
Mail, and if it requires a signature, -if you are not home the mailman will
leave you a notice, and then your package goes to your local neighborhood
post office where you can pick it up at your convenience. Some packages require
a signature - others do not. Whether a package requires a signature depends
primarily on the value of the package, but other information such as apartment
addresses are also a factor.
Those products that are shipped with UPS
occasionally require a signature - if nobody is home to sign, it is up to the
UPS driver's discretion to decide whether it is safe to leave the package or
not. If he feels it is not, a notice will be left and you can either schedule
another delivery attempt or pick up the package at a local UPS
location.
SunQuest Canopy deliveries of course
require you to be present when the unit is delivered. The shipping/trucking
company will always contact you by telephone prior to delivery to schedule the
delivery day and time.
Safe Delivery Guarantee: we guarantee all of our products will arrive
safely and undamaged. If a sunlamp arrives broken, we will immediately exchange
the item for you at our expense.
