SummerTan.com established its online presence in the year 2000. Saidel Websites is a privately owned company located in Renton (just
South of Seattle) Washington. Saidel Websites have been in business for
over 10 years, with our primary websites being SummerTan.com and
SummerTan.net. We have always focused/specialized in UV Sunlamps for
Tanning and Ultraviolet Light Therapy. We understand the importance of
quality customer service, offering only high quality products, and
giving our customers 'a little more' to maintain a competitive edge over
competitors. UV sunlamps are a very specific niche, and this is what we
do. We sell every home UV sunlamps available on the US market with the
exception of one little face tanner (that is such poor quality we don't
offer it).
Our company is managed by
its owners so we are motivated to provide quality products and service,
and it also allows us to keep our overhead expenses low so that we can
keep your prices low, and give our customers a few free extra's like our free extended warranty.

Are they a legitimate company? Yes
we are, and have been in business for over 10 years. It's
normal for customers to ask this question, and logically the easiest
way confirm our validity is just look at our name, and website name: Summer Tan (SummerTan.com & SummerTan.net) - an excellent name for our business store that specializes in home tanning products, and obviously not
a website that just 'popped up' yesterday. Customers are welcome to
call us with any questions or to place their order by telephone.
Are they selling a quality product?
Anyone with an internet store can sell just about anything these days.
We have done our research and testing, and have chosen a few select
quality products made/manufactured by reputable companies. With a name
like Summer Tan we could sell any product line related to tanning, but
we stick only with the products we know to be the best, and we stand
behind these products, often with extended warranties because we are so
confident of the quality. If you look on the individual product detail
pages you will see we provide a lot of information, specifications, and photographs of our products so you are familiar with the products before you purchase. And again, you may call us direct anytime with questions, or if you prefer to order by telephone.
We are DIRECT
distributors for all the products we offer. Our factory direct relationships allow us to sell at the lowest prices available for these products. This is not a 'sales pitch', our prices truly are the best, you will not find lower prices for any of these products. You might find another store that matches our prices, but you will see that we give our customers more, such as free extended warranties, shipping specials, etc..
How long will it take to receive my order, and do you send us tracking numbers? One
of the biggest drawbacks of shopping online can be the uncertainty of how long it will actually take to receive your order. We ship out all of the products we offer FAST, usually within 1 to 3 days. Some online stores may advertise their shipping methods, but don't tell their customers how long it takes them to process the order and get it out the door. The shipping method means very little if your order is not processed and shipped out quickly. - At Summer Tan we process & ship out orders quickly, and we offer you both UPS shipping and Priority Mail shipping options on most products (see each individual product info page for details). Lastly, we guarantee safe and
undamaged delivery of your product. In the rare instance an item is
lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping we will immediately have it replaced. Once your order ships out we will email your tracking number to you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including: Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may order by telephone during
business hours or you can order safely and securely online. Ordering online is
always more efficient and faster for both parties.
Check Cards or Debit Cards: As long as the card has either a Visa or MasterCard
logo on it, it will process just like a regular credit
card.
Pay by Check: If you would like to pay
by check you may do so, however, upon receipt of your check we must wait 14 days
for your check to clear before we can ship your products. A money order is a better option to a check if you do not have a credit card.
Pay by Money Order: If you pay with a
money
order we
will ship your products immediately upon receipt of your payment. We accept
personal checks, but due to several experienced with bad checks we have to wait
10 days before shipping. Money orders or cashiers checks can be easily purchased
at any Post Office or Bank.
Credit Card Security: We use an encrypted secure
payment gateway. Your card information is encrypted and safe. Our merchant
(card processing) services are provided by First Data, among the largest and
best merchant banks today. We do NOT keep your personal credit card

SHIPPING METHODS & INFO:
All
of our Sunlamps ship directly from the factory warehouse in Kentucky,
and we offer several shipping options, and most ship with UPS. The
location of the KY factory means the shipping transit time is just 1-5
days depending on your location/distance from Kentucky.
All Au
Courant orders are shipped with US Postal Service Priority Mail. On
average, this takes just 2-3 days anywhere within the continental USA.
Tanning
Canopies are shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse in
Indianapolis. Depending on your location, shipping/transit takes 3-8
days.
APO & FPO addresses: we do ship to APO/FPO for a small added fee.
*Notice
to APO/FPO customers: if you are stationed/live overseas, look at the new FIJI sunlamp which can also run on 220v and we can provide you that type of plug for you. protector. If your base have conversion to 110v, it will work on this as well.
Alaska: yes, we ship our Sunlamps to Alaska with US Postal Priority Mail for an added shipping fee. We use only US Postal to Alaska, not UPS.
Canadian Orders:
Any taxes/duties/tariffs/broker fees charged by Canadian customs or UPS
within Canada is the responsibility of the Canadian customer. We now
offer customers the option of having their sunlamps ship with US Postal
Mail Service which helps reduce the amount of Canadian taxes charged.
The added fee for this service is just $10 more, be sure to ask for this
option when ordering.
We cannot ship the SunQuest tanning beds canopies to Alaska or Canada.
We can ship sunlamps to Hawaii - call or email for a shipping quote.
Shipping
to other USA (non-continental) territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin
Islands, etc.) have varying rates, please email us with a shipping quote
request.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes since we offer US Postal Priority Mail shipping.
International Orders: At present we only accept and ship U.S. orders and Canadian orders. * We DO ship to APO and FPO addresses.
